do you accept returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I do however want you to be 100% satisfied with your treasures. If there are any issues, I invite you to reach out to scampfire@outlook.com in order for me to evaluate the situation and see what can be done to make it right.

Do you honor order cancellations?

Yes, I will honor an order cancellation up to the point of packaging and shipping your package. Once your treasure has begun to be packed and shipped out, the order will be considered final.

are there any items that are not able to be returned or exchanged?

Once an order has been packed and shipped, it is considered final and non-returnable or able to be exchanged. If a product has been customized to any degree, the sale is final.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your treasure/s arrive damaged, I sincerely apologize. I do everything I can to ensure safe transportation to you but things do happen that are beyond our control. In these instances, you have up to 7 days upon arrival of your package to contact me at scampfire@outlook.com. Please include pictures of all damage to the product/s and the packaging. Upon review, I will issue a credit to be used on another product when available. Due to the products being handmade, no items will be exact replicas however.
